Iceflake Studios is looking for a Producer to work with an upcoming Paradox management game title.
Iceflake Studios was founded in 2007 and over the years has developed 20 original titles for all major platforms. In 2018 we started the development of Surviving the Aftermath together with Paradox Interactive; this cooperation culminated in 2020 when Paradox acquired Iceflake Studios thus making us a first party Paradox studio.

You will work closely with the production team and help them deliver everything on time and on a correct scope. You should not be afraid of managing a large project with deadlines. You should be self-oriented and have excellent communication skills to communicate goals and tasks with the production team as well as with our partners.
What you will be doing:
- Plan and execute the development roadmap to ensure milestone deliveries on time
- Maintain day-to-day production tasks with the development team
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and minimise the effect on production time and quality
- Work together with various stakeholders in the project
- Communicate and coordinate with our partners
The skills you need to have:
- Experience with project management tools and spreadsheets
- Previous team management/leadership experience
- Up-to-date understanding of processes and methods used in game development
- Passion for games as a player and interest in the game industry in general
- Self-oriented work ethic and superb communication skills, both written and spoken
How to stand out from the crowd:
- Prior experience in the game industry.
- Wide knowledge of games.
- You take ownership of your work and have a drive for continuous improvement.
- Experience from management games either as a player or as a developer.

Our office is located within a walking distance from downtown Tampere. You will have the ability to work remotely, but due to the highly collaborative nature of the work we expect you to be able to work at the office as well.
